We sell Quality Pre-Owned Pocket Watches that range from approximately 125 years to 50 years in age. We are not Jewelers, Horologists, or Experts in the valuation, composition, or repair of any watch/item sold here. All items are sold “As-Is” and “Pre-Owned” with no warranties offered, whatsoever.
*All watches are sold subject to availability. This policy is necessary as we share our inventory with Stirling & Wynd on eBay. Should an item be determined to be unavailable, you will receive a full refund. We strive, diligently, to keep our inventory current and will promptly notify you should an issue occur. Thank you.
Pre-owned Watches-Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with a pre-owned watch that you purchased from us online, Stirling & Wynd will honor our 7-day full refund policy for your watch, provided the following conditions met:
• The watch must be returned in the exact condition it was sold. It cannot have been worn, altered, or damaged in any way. All original tags, if any, must still be attached.
• The watch must be returned including all boxes, papers, books, and all included accessories if any – also in their original condition.
• All watches are tested and functioning (unless stated or sold otherwise) before and when they are packaged and shipped to you. If a watch should arrive in a damaged or non-functioning condition, please contact us immediately at 417-830-5750 and we will take the appropriate steps to remedy the situation (refund your purchase price+shipping and see that the item is returned to us) or take whatever action that is mutually agreed upon. The ultimate goal being that you are satisfied.
If, however, you find that the watch, while functioning properly, is not what you’d hoped for, please contact us at 417-830-5750 or stirlingandwynd@gmail.com within seven (7) days of receipt and we will authorize its return, provided the above conditions are met and refund the purchase price to you upon its return to us. You will be responsible for covering all costs for the return. Although not required, we recommend you fully insure all items being returned, as we are not responsible for any damages that occur while in transit, until the watch is back in our possession.
